Reviewing and fixing the proposed matches Review & Resolve is the table where you accept, reassign or skip each proposed match before anything is written to your site.
Sending the list to a reviewer, and bringing it back Export the review list, let somebody who knows the documents fill in a column, and import their file — they never need a WordPress login.
